Eric The Redcap

The local redcap, also a friend of Sylvain of Bonisagus. Together, they want to create a book subscription service.
It would cost four pawns of vis per year (or fifty pounds of silver), and deliver one tractatus per season. These each are upon an Art or an Arcane Ability, and at least one per year is a newly written manuscript that the service has never before distributed.
